So if I understand what you're saying... you don't care what's legal, you just care about what you want?
No insult intended: that's what your post says. And to be realistically frank: there are thousands of people in jail and prison who feel the same way.
Law isn't there so we can take it or leave it as we prefer. I wonder if you'd have the same philosophy if you had to use the Internet using your real life identity. Would you then be so cavalier about ripping other people's creations?
No insult intended at all. Simply answering direct statements with direct statements. I know there are people who completely disagree with the concept of intellectual property rights and who think that all software should be open source. Some of them believe in that so much... they wind up doing time or getting sued.
Everyone is entitled to his/her opinion. It's what we do about that opinion that frames our character and results in the consequences in our lives. While a person may feel that swiping products in VR is totally "OK"... that attitude will likely extend to other areas in their life too... and eventually bite them in the butt.
