I think the only thing you know about cloud is its outside in the sky's.
And seems to me you must be one of the 6 people who even posts in a alt account. Funny if cloud was all that, I suppose everyone would use it. Now ponder that. If you like standing around and hoping you don't crash, just to stand around some more just use cloud. Not a practical tool in opensims. Been there done that.
