Thank you for the comprehensive run down on changes. :)
View ArticleRe: CtrlAltStudio adds Xbox 360 controller support
That is good news, thanks to David! I already did some presentations with the CtrlAltStudio viewer in real 3D, with two beamers and passive 3D glasses, which was great. Keep it up!

So much for the "light touch" as I found out the other night!

Hi Samantha,Kitely's original vision, and one we're close to be able to finally execute, was to enable people to get the perfect virtual environment for their desired group activity. A type of YouTube...

Before you could only load an oar with a rotation, not change it once loaded like you can now.

Cool. But is the interviewer holding his camera phone in your face? That is up close and personal. :) I would love to have a web viewer. SL had an experimental one once that wasn't bad.

View ArticleRe: OpenSim metaverse nearly doubles in land area
Quick calculation: 47,607 regions on all the public OpenSim grids ... that's 3,120 square kilometers or 1,205 square miles. Or about the size of Rhode Island. Or a little larger than the country of Samoa.
View ArticleRe: OpenSim metaverse nearly doubles in land area
your math is invalid because we have variable regions now and therefore your size math is invalid. You need to find out the sizes of var regions to get the correct land mass size.

Good job for inworldz, Giving the virtual people what they want other grids should take notes.
